Acer Aspire One Netbook is still a popular seller. With its small form factor, and powerful insides, it is no wonder it is as popular as it is.



It's equipped with the new Intel Atom, the Intel Atom was specifically designed to meet the needs of Netbook and their users.



It provides the required power, but only with a minimum amount of energy to function.



It uses the new hafnium-infused circuitry design.



The size of the new Atom chip is not surprising, only 22 mm or 0.87 inches, it needs only 2.5 watts to power itself.



One great feature of the Acer Aspire One is the battery life rated for 5.5 hours with the included 6 cell battery.



You get to spend much more time away from the wall outlet.



The Acer Aspire One runs the Windows XP and now Windows 7 operating system, so your applications will be readily available.



And with the integrated webcam, video chat, you can very easily sync up to hotspots.



With 160 GB of hard drive space, you have plenty to bring along whatever documents you need as well as photos, movies and music.



With it's stunning case style and slickness, it looks great.



You get to choose between white, black, sapphire and blue.



All three look great and very professional.



Since Netbook's are so small, the Acer Aspire One Netbook doesn't have an integrated optical drive, but you can easily attach external drives via the USB ports that are available.



It reads Secure Digital and MultiMedia Cards.



You can use these to transfer data between your main computer and this netbook.



This small form factor makes it an ultra-portable Netbook.



So this Netbook is excellent if you are a student and you want to take along a very lightweight Netbook to class and take notes or to goof off for fiscal Road Warrior, the Netbook was the preferred choice for the for the business person travelling long journeys on the train where the conventional laptop battery would not last the journey.



A small form factor, extremely lightweight, pleasant aesthetics, and professional look all add to its appeal.



You have to get used to the size of the screen as you don't have as much screen real estate as standard laptops.



But the size is suitable for road work, come to think of it, Netbook's will fit wonderfully on those pull down trays on airplanes, as we have space on the floors and only the Netbook with its small size are proving to be the better choice.
